*Cyprus: Shipping fee indicated for Cyprus is valid for packages weighing up to 2kg. As soon as your order is packed, our team will weigh the package and if the weight exceeds 2kg we will send you a notification by e-mail with an additional shipping fee.
Combined Shipping Guidelines:
We strive to offer combined shipping for your convenience. However, to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your items, we have established a set of rules regarding combined shipping:
- Box Size and Weight Limits: Please note that combined shipments are subject to size and weight limitations. Boxes exceeding these limits might compromise the safety of the items during transit. To prevent damage due to excessive pressure during transportation, we reserve the right to split orders into multiple shipments.
- Carrier Compliance: Larger, bulkier packages are more likely to undergo closer inspection by shipping carriers. This can potentially delay delivery as additional documentation may be required.
- Combining Orders: While we strive to accommodate combined shipments, it’s essential to understand that certain items might not be compatible for packaging together due to their nature, size, or fragility. In such cases, orders may be shipped separately to ensure the safety of the products.
- Supplementary Fee: Please be aware that for split shipments or separate packaging due to weight or size limitations, additional shipping fee may apply. We’ll communicate any supplementary costs before finalizing your order.
- Combined Shipping with pre-order items: Please be aware that combined orders containing pre-order products will be dispatched only when the final item arrives and is available in our warehouse.
Use of Free Shipping Coupons for Combined Shipping:
- Coupon Limit: Each free shipping coupon is eligible for use up to 3 times. You can use the same coupon to combine new orders with the original order three times.
- Order Assessment: During the process of order separation and preparation for shipment, we evaluate the weight and volume of the combined orders. If the total weight exceeds 2,900g, we’ll notify you about any additional charges for a new shipment.

Pre-sale/Pre-Order Products:
These are products that are on pre-order in South Korea, but that have already been purchased by Bak Bak K-Store. Therefore, the stock is limited to the products and quantity that Bak Bak K-Store has already ordered from our Korean suppliers. For the shipping term, it will be valid what is stated in the Pre-sale/Pre-order product description.
- If your order contains only Pre-order/Pre-sale product(s), we will dispatch it as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.
- If your order contains one or more Pre-order/Pre-sale product(s) and another product(s) that is available in our warehouse, we will dispatch all the products together, as soon as all the products are available in our warehouse.
- If you have placed an order for a Pre-order product and wish to place a new order for another product so that they can be shipped together, you can let us know via email or Instagram so that we can give you a free shipping coupon for the new order, however the order status has to be as “Awaiting Fullfilment” or “Custom Clearence”.
Products in Stock:
- Shipping fees includes handling, packaging, bubble wrap, and everything else necessary for the order to arrive quickly and safely at your home.
- We will ship your order within 48 business hours after payment is confirmed.
- All Shipping options includes Track&Trace and insurance.
Backorder Products:
These are products that are available on our South Korean suppliers’ warehouses, and we can get them upon your order.
- If your order contains only Backorder product(s), we will dispatch it as soon as it arrives in our warehouse.
- If your order contains one or more Backorder product(s) and another product(s) that is available in our warehouse, we will dispatch all the products together, as soon as all the products are available in our warehouse.
Restock Products:
These are products that are on their way to our warehouse in Portugal. Therefore, the stock is limited to the products and quantity that Bak Bak K-Store has already ordered from our South Korean suppliers. For the shipping term, it will be valid what is stated in the Restock product description.
- If your order contains only Restock product(s), we will dispatch it as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.
- If your order contains one or more Restock product(s) and another product(s) that is available in our warehouse, we will dispatch all the products together, as soon as all the products are available in our warehouse.
Remote Area Fee:
For shipments made by DHL, depending on the location of the shipping address, DHL may charge an extra fee of 15,99€. You can check if your address (postal code) is located in a remote area on the link below:
