BB Coins, also called Bak Bak Coins, are the points of our Loyalty Program, that can be converted into a direct discount on your order. According to your BB Coins points history (Total Collected), you will be assigned to a Level.
Yes, but it's simple. BB Coins can only be redeemed if your account meets all the following conditions:
- Is on level 'Debut' or higher;
- Have a minimum balance of 300 BB Coins;
- And the minimum cart amount needs to be 15€.
If you want to use your BB Coins in a order, just enter the amount of BB Coins that you would like to use in the check-out page and click 'APPLY BB COINS'.
After the order has been delivered, the order status will be shown as completed, and the BB Coins will be credited to your account. This process can take up to 48 hours.
BB Coins can be earned with every purchase made on our site. In addition, Bak Bak K-Store can offer BB Coins through other activities under our Loyalty Program, such as:
