Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our refund and return policy.
The following terms apply to any products you have purchased from us, except in those cases in which the product:
- Is newspaper or magazine without subscription;
- The product has a broken seal;
- The reason for return and/or refund is the outer box/case of the product, as this is only to protect the goods inside. Light damage such as fold marks, scratches or discoloration to the box/case cannot be subject to any claim for compensation.
- The product is within the Fashion category, i.e. clothing and accessories, e.g. wallet, purse, socks, t-shirts, caps, bags etc., and the reason for return and/or refund is a difference in color and size, within the margin of variation of these characteristics in production.
- The product was made to your specifications, request or clearly customized (custom-orders).
- The product is within Outlet category. This exclusion may not apply to you if not permitted by applicable law.
Your Rights of Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The following goods cannot be cancelled:
- Products made to your specifications, request or clearly customized (custom-orders).
- Newspapers or magazines without subscription.
- Outlet products.
The time limit to cancel an order is 14 calendar days from the date you receive the package or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered package.
To ensure a fast and smooth shipping process, we accept order changes and cancellations only before your order reaches the “Preparing Package” status.
Once your order reaches the “Preparing Package” stage, it means it’s already being handled by our team, and we are no longer able to make changes or cancel the shipment.

We will refund you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such refund, however the refund amount does not include fees charged by payment providers, i.e. Paypal, Stripe, Ifthenpay or Klarna.
For cancellation and refund of products in pre-order or restock, we will refund you no later than 14 days from the day you confirm the cancellation request. We will use the same payment methods you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such refund, however the refund amount does not include fees charged by payment providers, i.e. Paypal, Stripe, Ifthenpay or Klarna.
Conditions for Returns
In order to be eligible for a return, please ensure that the product:

- Was received within the last 14 calendar days;
- Is in the original, sealed packaging;
- Includes all Bak Bak Gifts received with the product;
- Includes all POBs or any external items (if applicable).
The following goods cannot be returned:
- Products made to your specifications, request or clearly customized (custom-orders)
- Newspapers or magazines without subscription.
- Any product containing digital content that can be activated via the physical product, such as Weverse Albums, Platform Albums, EVER MUSIC Albums, NEMO Albums, POCA Albums, YG TAG, SMini, or similars.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that do not meet the above return conditions, at our sole discretion.
Return of Product
You are responsible for bearing the cost and risk of returning the product to our store. You must send the product to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost goods during the return delivery. Therefore, we recommend a secure and traceable courier service. We cannot issue a refund without an effective return receipt of the Product or proof of receipt of the return.
